Currently the WACHA staff consists of eight individuals - all of whom are Accredited ACH Professionals. Please feel free to contact anyone on the WACHA staff at any time with your questions and issues. The following is specific information regarding who to call for assistance.

Mary Gilmeister, President, aap, ncp - mgilmeister@wacha.org

Mary oversees the day-to-day operation of WACHA, serves as WACHA's liaison with NACHA, the national ACH association and various government entities, and conducts training for WACHA members and others nationwide.

Luann Kohlmann, Vice President, aap, ncp - lkohlmann@wacha.org

Luann is responsible for development and execution of association member programs, including education, conferences and publications. She also conducts ACH Audits and Risk Assessments.

Jennifer Muche - Director of Membership Services, aap, ncp - jmuche@wacha.org

Jenny is responsible for overseeing WACHA's membership program and handles membership inquiries. Jenny is also responsible for handling WACHA's internal accounting tasks and provides assistance with ACH audits and training.

Andy Barlow – Director of Compliance Services, aap, ncp - abarlow@wacha.org

Andy oversees WACHA's compliance services, and conducts Ach Audits and Risk Assessments on behalf of WACHA's members. Andy is also responsible for the development of WACHA's onsite advisory services and assists with training.

MARCI lilly – Director of Publications/Trainer, aap- MLILLY@wacha.org

Marci assists in planning and conducting audits on ACH and RDC systems according to the NACHA Rules and the FFIEC Retail Payments IT Handbook. Marci also works with WACHA’s membership program, internal accounting and assists with training.

Cheryl Becker – Membership Services, aap  - Cbecker@wacha.org

Cheryl assists in planning and conducting audits on ACH and RDC systems according to the NACHA Rules and the FFIEC Retail Payments IT Handbook. Cheryl also works with WACHA’s membership program and assists with training.

Michele Barlow – Trainer/Membership Services, aap, ncp  - mbarlow@wacha.org

Michele is responsible for member training, customer service and association accounting
