2008 Vendor Sign-up Information
WACHA's Electronic Payments Conference is the largest conference of its type here in the upper Midwest drawing more than 350 participants from financial institutions located throughout the Midwest. This year's multi-day conference featured more 30 Exhibitors. WACHA's conference is always a crowd pleaser and (thankfully) that includes the Exhibitors who participate. Here's a few of their comments from past years:

Electronic Payments Conference 2008 will be held on April 8 and 9, 2008 at the Madison Marriott West, Middleton, Wisconsin
Booth Rental Fee:
The cost for one 8' x 10' booth is $750. The booth rental includes a 6' skirted table, two chairs and complimentary registration for one person to attend the conference which begins on April 8, 2008. (does not include the pre-conference on April 7). Additional booth personnel (a maximum of two please) will be billed at $300 per person. As an Exhibitor your company name will appear in all conference materials, newsletters, fax alerts and mailings. Plus, you will receive an attendee list prior to the conference.
Discounts:
All Vendors who exhibited at WACHA’s conference in 2007 will receive a $50 discount on the booth rental fee. Likewise, WACHA Vendor Members will receive an additional $50 discount. Contact Karen Howlett in the WACHA office at khowlett@wacha.org for an information packet and details on the benefits of Vendor membership.
Sign Up:
To reserve your booth, download and complete the Exhibitor Registration form here and return it to WACHA at the address indicated on the form. Once we receive the sign-up form, we will reserve a booth in your name. Then, when all the information on next years' conference is available, we will send to you the complete Exhibitor packet.
