UCC Article 4A & the ACH Network: What You Need to Know

Do you have a solid understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code Article 4A and how it relates to the NACHA Operating Rules? Article 4A governs a variety of payment transactions, including ACH credit transactions, primarily those transmitted through the banking system by financial institutions and businesses. NACHA recently revised its UCC Article 4A and the ACH Network manual to support financial institutions and corporations that handle ACH wholesale credits.
